Zula Hummus Café

Deliciously different from the majority of the Berlin cuisine you will find, Zula provides patrons with a taste of the Mediterranean in the form of six varied but distinct hummus dishes. You simply pick your hummus and then add a topping.

The Hummus Teller is perhaps the most traditional option, mixing hummus with pine nuts and garlic to create something charmingly classic. Or, if you prefer, try a Hummus Vegi which includes an assortment of crisp, seasoned vegetables. If you love mushrooms go for the Hummus Champignons while carnivores can choose between the Hummus con Carne (ground beef), Hummus Gulasch (beef goulash), or Hummus Hünchen (chicken). Escorting all Hummus dishes is garlic, hot pita bread, olives, onions and cucumber slices.

The exemplary English speaking staff are more than willing to assist you in your selection by sharing their favourite dishes and mixes. Zula also offers complementary Wi-Fi and a selection of fresh juices, coffees, teas, and lemonades.

Despite the name, Zula Hummus Café also offers salads, soups and specials as well as a selection of sandwiches and even a small list of breakfast items. But there is no doubt that when in Berlin and at Zula’s, hummus is king.
